AESG is looking for an Associate Consultant - Sustainability. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated sustainability specialist seeking professional development within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the overall direction, strategy and success of AESG as part of the company leadership team
Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues
Assist and supervise Consultants / Coordinators
Mentorship and line management
Support the commercial success and stability of the division
Ensure the successful delivery of projects to exemplary levels of quality
Lead and implement AESG business development within the sector of expertise
Provide thought leadership in the division and industry as a whole
Support the development of procedures to improve division function and efficiency
Support divisional financial management, contracts management, business development and marketing

Qualifications

Ideally qualified to MSc degree level with relevant academic or with post academic professional qualifications to carry out the role.
Generally, a minimum of 8-12 years of professional experience.
At least 5 years in a supervisory / leadership role.
Extensive experience with green building certification projects in GCC region.
