The Environmental Change Institute, part of the School of Geography and the Environment at the University of Oxford, is offering an exciting Postdoctoral Research Fellowship focused on global food systems analysis. This position provides a unique opportunity to join a new, multidisciplinary research team jointly based at University College London (UCL) and the Environmental Change Institute (ECI) at the University of Oxford, with offices in both London and Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to research on the global food system.

• Develop trajectories for dietary change towards healthier and more sustainable diets, with a particular focus on alternative protein sources.

• Integrate environmental, health, and nutritional assessments of dietary and food system transitions.

• Collaborate with team members on joint analyses and have the opportunity to pursue independent research ideas within the scope of the project.

Candidate Profile:

• A strong background in food systems research or related fields.

• Proven ability to work in an interdisciplinary research environment.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
